Returns & Refunds

  • We only offer refunds or exchanges for damaged or defective products.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange.

  • The video must be a single, unedited, continuous shot starting from the moment the package is opened.

  • Claims without this video will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • The product must be in original condition, including all original packaging and boxes.

  • If the item is in stock, an exchange will be processed.

  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund for the product value will be issued.

  • Once the returned product is received, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.

Important: If the outer package appears damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it, take a photo, and share it with us immediately so we can raise a complaint with the courier service.


Cancellation Policy
Due to operational constraints, order cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

We kindly request customers to review and confirm their order before placing it to avoid any inconvenience.
